Welcome to the world of Italian
crowd-sourced ALE beers,

superior in taste and aroma
compared to industrial lagers.

Try our first beer
PLURALE GOLDEN ALE
and discover a plurality
of styles and flavors.
BE SINGULAR, THINK PLURAL

We involve as many Italians
as we can in the definition
of our recipes
in order to create beers
that truly reflect
the Italian taste.

Instead of introducing a full range
of beers made just
by few brewers
we decided to introduce
only one beer,
Plurale Golden Ale,
to ask the opinion and preferences
of our Italian consumers.
The first two “crowd sourced”
beers will be
Plurale Winter Ale
Plurale Summer Ale.

Plurale Golden Ale

With character but easy to drink,
an explosion of citrus
and tropical fruit aromas,
thanks to the addition of special hops.
This is our first recipe
and the starting point
of a range of ALE beers
that we are building taking
into consideration the opinion
of our Italian consumers,
to develop a range of beers
that truly reflects
the Italian taste.

Plurale Winter Ale

This is going to be the first beer
inspired by our Italian consumers
that tried the Plurale Golden Ale
and participated in the selection
of the next recipe,
the Plurale Winter Ale,
based on three variables:
color, aroma and taste.

Plurale Summer Ale

As soon as the Plurale Winter Ale
will be available we will ask
our Italian consumers how
they would like the beer
for the next summer,
Plurale Summer Ale,
they will be able to choose,
between other variables,
which kind of citrus peel
to use in the recipe:
– Sicilian Oranges
– Capri Lemons
– Ligurian Riviera bitter orange
(Chinotto)

2_intermezzo_a

We are proud to be small
and independent,

in this way we hope
to be free to innovate,
without being slaves
of commercial considerations,
to propose a variety
of traditional beers,
with a modern twist,
using the best ingredients,
without pasteurization and filtering,
with the objective of maintaining
intense flavors and aromas,
to give our consumers
a wide range of choice.

FROM THE STREET

1_artigianale_a

Everything started in a
cold winter morning in
Milan, with a skateboard
and a pot, taking the
train direction Lake Como.
This pot has been our
firs t R&D lab and it gave
us the opportunity to
fine tune the recipe of
our first beer
Plurale Golden Ale.
We start from the street
and from the street we
want to collect the
opinions of the people in
order to create beers that
truly reflect the Italian
taste and to constantly
improve the quality of
our products taking into
consideration the most
important opinions, our
clients and our
consumers.
This picture more than
thousand words re presents
the spirit of this adventure,
with limited resources but
with huge passion and
creativity.
It brought to life a stray
craft beer, in between the
metropolitan creativity and
the rural craftsmanship.
A beer for “singular people”
that “think plural” and do
not conform with the
industrial mass produced
mediocrity.
Follow us in this journey if
you are thirsty of
discovering never-ending
Italian crowdsourced
ale styles.
BE SINGULAR
THINK PLURAL

CRAFT

2_artigianale_a

We produce in small batches,
with Italian artisanal care,
using the best ingredients,
without filtering and without
pasteurizing, To obtain superior taste
and aroma.

THE HOPS

3_artigianale_a

What provides the aroma of our beers?
Aromatic special hops,
this flower, from the cannabis family,
provides not only the bitterness
but also the aroma.
We follow traditional methods
in the production of our beers
we don’t add artificial aromas
and ingredients.

MALTS

4_artigianale_a

We use only the best malted cereals,
instead of many industrial breweries,
we DO NOT use corn and rice,
to reduce the production costs
and therefore the quality
of the product.
